Terms of Service
Effective October 2, 2026. These terms govern use of CBG Creator Growth OS, a Crawford Business & Growth product.
Creator accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and providing information you have the right to provide. Creator OS may suspend access for abuse, fraud, safety or security reasons.
Membership
The first 300 successfully paid eligible creator accounts may receive the Founder membership price of $49 per month while the applicable Founder subscription remains active under the product rules. Standard membership is $99 per month after Founder allocation is exhausted. Founder eligibility and access are determined server-side from verified payment records, not a browser success page.
No guaranteed growth or income
Creator OS provides software, planning tools, AI assistance and recommendations. It does not guarantee follower growth, views, engagement, collaborations, brand deals, revenue or business results. Creator decisions and third-party platform behavior remain outside CBG's control.
Third-party platforms
Core Creator OS use does not require social-platform API authorization. Social networks and other services have their own terms and availability, and optional integrations may be added or changed later without making them necessary for the core growth-planning product.
Creator interactions
Creators are responsible for evaluating collaboration partners and agreements, including usage rights, disclosures, payment terms and legal obligations. Creator OS provides block and report tools but does not guarantee the conduct or identity of another user.
Your content
You retain rights you hold in content you provide. You grant CBG the permissions reasonably necessary to store, process and display that content to operate features you request. You must not upload content you do not have the right to use.
Billing and cancellation
You may manage or cancel membership through the billing tools. Entitlement may continue through a paid period when Stripe reports continued access. Data may remain preserved after subscription lapse as described in the Privacy Policy.
